Typochocolate

Yummy, slabs of chocolate embossed with delicious typography. I want to be nibbling on this right now, slowly because you know it's too difficult to bite through it.

Scrabble and Typography

OMG, look at this. It is amazing, designed by Drew Capener, well crafted wood, simple design, lovely typography. This is a board game with substance, it is lovely to see things being produced with care and quality. Just beautiful.

Upside Down, Left to Right

A lovely short film about a lost art form, movable-type letterpress. I think there is a trend currently where we are striving to preserve culture and tradition. you see it in youth culture where vintage and recycling and reuse is 'popular'. I think a global awareness that old in not necessarily outdated and that new is better, I think that this is a global awareness that is spreading.

" The digital world does removes us from the tactile work, the more hands on. i think there is a longing in our souls to get back to that"
