I love this graphic design team. they combine photography, illustration and digital manipulation to create fresh and exciting new works. Although they do have that 'contemporary' feel seen in todays graphic art movement they also have their own personal twist using a range of media.

I love how they describe their creative process :

"...Experimentation is the key to discovery and thus find
ways around the tried and tested approach producing
a fresh and unexpected result,
'I am always doing that which I cannot do,
in order that I may learn how to do it.' - Picasso "

Muse

Here are some stunning and wonderfully inspiring photographers. Their ideas and the moments they capture is something I really aspire to. Its not always about the crispiest photo you can take, or the most elaborate scene you can create, sometimes a simple camera with an accidental blur can mean so much more and resonate with people, it is however about being able to recognise those shots for what they are and not dissmssing them as 'bad'.

Ellen Rogers

Lost fairy tales. Forgotten photos. Old, black and white vampire films. There's something very intriguing about these photographs, something reminiscent of the past. that speaks of some old memory but you cannot quite remember.... I love her technique as well.
Find many more of her works here.

Freezelight

These are so cool. Jan Leonardo Wollert and Jorg Miedza took an idea we all played around with as kids with sparklers and took it to a whole new creative level. These look like crazy futuristic alien sightings. What's even greater is that it is long exposure photography and actual people running around with lights and not some photoshop trick. Yay. I found them here.

Thanks Friends

My friends have finally become used to my camera being in their face all the time, for that I am eternally grateful. For without them I would have no subjects and therefore no pictures, and with no pictures I would be sad.
I took these photos a few days ago.

What an interesting idea. Simple idea, difficult execution, flawless. I saw this floating around on a few blogs, but I just had to feature it too. String! See it here.
